About Department

              The department of Physical Education and Sports was established in 1982. Ever since the establishment, the department has produced many players. The management of our college is constantly lending their support.  For instituting a good sports culture in the college management , staff and stakeholders such as Shri. V. L. Patil and Shri. Shelar continuously helping the department. Every year players of this department actively participate in University level, State level, Inter Zonal and Zonal tournaments. As well it is a compulsory subject for 10 Marks to under graduate courses ( only for Part I ).


             To provide adequate Physical Education facilities and programme that are wholesome and  attractive so as to enshrine sound mind in a sound body.


             To provide adequate infrastructure facilities for sports and games so that students choose and participate in the events for which they have flair. To spot and groom the sports talent. To foster, better human relations through sports and games.


             To produce National & International players, by providing hi-tech sports facilities to the students. To be the top college for sports in the university.
